1. Lottery Type
Silka Lottery is a simple jack-pot like lottery, where the prize is accumulated as a sum of all inputs of players. There may be one or several winning players at each playing cycle, or, there may be none at all. 2. Timing and Mechanism
The entire lottery is a fixed list (array) of digits (5 numbers from 0 to 99). The overall number of combinations depends on the number of players and may vary. The drawing process is done at local computers of the Silka, therefore, no unauthorized intervention into it is possible. Before the moment of publication, the winning number is not known to anybody, including the lottery organizers. The winning number is picked randomly from the entire array of lottery combinations.

The participant can select one or more combinations at any time before the drawing is done. If the chosen number coincides with the winning one, such player will get it all, the full winning prize, commission exclusive. If the numbers are only partially equal, then the below table is applied.

Numbers should be guessed based on order, for example, Number 1 in position 1 of the chosen combination must correspond to same Number 1 in position 1 of the winning combination.

4. Payments
The lottery prize is paid via online payment systems, such as, for example, Egold. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that correct account number, ID or other required information is on record, so that the Organizers can make the payment on time and to the right participant. Until the payment details are made available, the winning fund is kept in the Winning Balance of the player.

There is a small minimum requirement for the payable prize. As soon as your winning exceeds US$10, the prize will be paid to the player. The payment is made not later then 3 days after the last drawing, that is, every Tuesday, holidays inclusive.

5. Commission
The Organizers of the Lottery charge a certain commission on the winner. The commission is charged at the moment of drawing, that is, the sum paid to the Winning Balance is a net one. Based on the number of guessed numbers, the commission may vary from 7 to 10%. In the no-winner-this-time situation, no commission is charged on the prize fund.

6. Price of Lottery
The price of one lottery combination (lotto number) is US$1.
